During the past 60 years of business our company has built up more than 130,000 property records,

including those from other local surveyors, Robert Gallaher, James Beall, Art Bechart, and William Keck.

Residential & Commercial Property Services

The majority of our projects are for residential properties.  We can take you from the first step (topography) through the building process,

 to your final ILC (Improvement Location Certification) for your building inspection.
